THE CHILDREN’S PROGRAM
AT THE ELOISE TEA ROOM
The Plaza Hotel Children’s Etiquette Program with Beaumont Etiquette is an etiquette class for boys and girls, ages 5 to 11. Children will learn the fundamentals in both dining and social etiquette, including, but not limited to basic table manners, greeting adults with respect, making friends and positive body language and eye contact. The Course is taught in The Plaza’s Eloise Tea Room and is limited to 15 students. A parent or caregiver may accompany children under age 9 to the class. THE TEEN PROGRAM
AT THE TODD ENGLISH FOOD HALL
Young adults, ages 12 to 17, can participate in The Plaza Finishing Program with Beaumont Etiquette with a special course designed for teens. Boys and girls will learn a range of basic etiquette, including dining, dressing, deportment, respect, consideration and kindness and introductions. This modern etiquette class will also cover social media, email and phone communications and event-specific etiquette (family parties, weddings, etc). This course will help teenagers develop confidence and self-esteem. The Course is taught in The Todd English Food Hall and is limited to 40 students. Parents are not required to attend the class with their child. The teen program is $125 per person and includes light refreshments and beverages. Click here for the course description.
