Founder & CEO

Myka Meier

Myka Meier is a world-renowned etiquette expert and protocol instructor, two-time best selling etiquette author, and entrepreneur. She is the founder of the New York City based consultancy Beaumont Etiquette and the co-founder of The Plaza Hotel Finishing Program.

Named “America’s Queen of Good Manners” by The Times Magazine, and “The Queen of Etiquette” by The DailyMail, Myka has been instructing etiquette since 2012, working with private individuals to Fortune 100 companies globally.

A dual American and British citizen, Myka specializes in social, dining and business etiquette and protocol. After studying at multiple traditional etiquette schools in the United Kingdom, Myka trained in London under a former member of The Royal Household of Her Majesty the Queen. Furthermore, she attended finishing school in Switzerland and has been formally trained in Continental European, British and American etiquette. Myka has two years experience working on a global endeavor initiated by its patron, His Royal Highness The Prince of Wales (now King Charles III). Her company was named the official etiquette partner of Downton Abbey The Exhibition touring America.

The author of two books including Modern Etiquette Made Easy and Business Etiquette Made Easy, Myka is available to travel nationally or internationally for consultation and speaking engagements. Anne oversees Corporate Training at Beaumont Etiquette, managing clients, developing content and teaching courses. She contributed to Business Etiquette Made Easy by Myka Meier, which was published in 2020.

In her role as co-founder of The Plaza Finishing Program she managed client services, sponsorships, partnerships, and taught a class on wedding etiquette. When Beaumont Etiquette became an official etiquette partner of the Downton Abbey: The Exhibition in 2018, Anne spoke about British and Royal Wedding Traditions, The American Buccaneers (American heiresses, like Cora Crawley, who wed British peers) and fashion and style from Downtown Abbey and the time period of the series, 1910 through the 1920s.

Anne is a marketing and communications specialist. For over 15 years Anne worked as a lifestyle and wedding editor, writing about home and food, fashion and beauty, pregnancy and parenting, travel and weddings. In addition to her editorial work Anne has also created content for brands, including Four Seasons Resorts and Vera Wang.Anne is recognized as a Royal Expert. She has been featured in magazines, newspapers and TV shows discussing royal weddings, royal babies, the history of the British Royal Family, and various historical and contemporary commentary on royal families from around the world.

Ariana is the strategic and creative force behind the Myka Meier brand and the co-creator of Mini Manners, the leading children’s manners platform blending entertainment with education. With over 15 years of experience in brand development and communications, she specializes in building culturally resonant brands that connect deeply with modern audiences.

Ariana began her career at Weber Shandwick and was eventually approached to shake up The Plaza Hotel’s brand presence, leading its celebrated modernization and positioning it as both a cultural icon and commercial leader. She created the Home Alone 2 25th Anniversary package in 2017, still the hotel’s highest-grossing package to date, and produced marquee partnerships and events including Harper’s Bazaar Icons, the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, television and film productions, and the award-winning Plaza Finishing Program with Myka Meier. Her work earned the prestigious HSMAI Award for Marketing Excellence.

As Co-Founder of ATeam Communications, Ariana drives brand strategy, creative development, and campaign execution for a diverse roster of clients. Alongside her business partner, Abigail Hennelly, she has worked with Myka Meier for more than a decade, shaping her brand across digital platforms, press, partnerships, and live experiences. Today, Ariana serves as Head of Brand for all things Myka Meier, overseeing the strategy that connects her modern etiquette expertise with audiences worldwide.

In building Mini Manners, Ariana has combined her passion for storytelling with her brand building expertise, creating a platform that helps families teach kindness, confidence, and respect in a fun, engaging, age-appropriate way.

She oversees brand partnerships, marketing campaigns, and distribution strategies that not only expand visibility but also drive measurable revenue growth across platforms.

Abigail began her career at Weber Shandwick before moving to leadership roles at NBCUniversal, The Plaza Hotel, 92Y, and Fairmont Century Plaza where she built a track record of delivering high-impact partnerships and marketing initiatives that translated directly into sales and brand expansion. At The Plaza, she played a pivotal role in developing revenue-generating marketing strategies that drove millions in incremental revenue.

As Co-Founder of ATeam Communications, Abigail leads partnership strategy, sales growth, and multi-channel marketing execution for a diverse roster of clients. Alongside her business partner, Ariana Swerdlin, she has worked with Myka Meier for more than a decade, driving brand visibility, revenue, and expansion through press, retail, appearances, and global partnerships.

In her leadership role with Mini Manners, Abigail has been instrumental in scaling the platform through new distribution channels, retail opportunities, and family-focused campaigns, ensuring the program not only reaches households worldwide but continues to generate sustainable growth. Kyle is a seasoned operator who builds and scales personality-driven businesses. As the former President of SERHANT. Ventures, he co-founded and built Sell It, Ryan Serhant’s media and education platform, into a global subscription business with over 26,000 customers in 126 countries and nearly $10M in annual revenue. He now serves as General Manager, High Growth Creators, at Thinkific, where he's responsible for accelerating growth among the top customer segment and deepening relationships with the highest-value customers.

Earlier in his career, Kyle spent nearly a decade as a journalist and producer at NBC News, where he produced for the TODAY Show, Nightly News, and NBC News Digital. Following coverage of the Trump-Clinton election in 2016, he developed a reputation for pairing editorial excellence with commercial savvy, launching a new lifestyle vertical that quickly surpassed the goal of one million video views per month.

At Beaumont Etiquette, Kyle advises on growth, digital product strategy, and elevating the business of modern etiquette for a contemporary global audience.

Kyle has a BS in Applied Economics and Management from Cornell University and a MBA from NYU Stern.

Leanne is a Chicago-raised New Yorker who strives to bring the basis of etiquette – respect, generosity and thoughtfulness – to her daily life in the Big Apple.

Since graduating from New York University and completing her professional etiquette training under Myka Meier, Leanne joined the Beaumont Etiquette Training Team in 2018. She now leads corporate training groups, as well as teaches private classes for adults and children, in a range of topic areas, including but not limited to business protocol, dining etiquette, effective communication and social graces.

Leanne has worked with companies both domestic and international, training employees at a variety of industries from Fortune 500 companies and luxury brands to top law firms and financial institutions.

From 2018 through 2020 Leanne was the lead instructor at The Plaza Finishing Program’s Children’s Etiquette and Teen Etiquette programs.

Though a native Californian, Chiara feels perfectly at home with old-world manners and traditional decorum. Etiquette has been her lifelong passion, first instilled by family then cemented by an education at the renowned Swiss Institut Villa Pierrefeu, where she met Myka Meier, founder of Beaumont Etiquette. Chiara has 15 years of experience of event planning and etiquette consulting that has spanned the world, from San Francisco to Sydney. In 2017 she joined the Beaumont Etiquette team and teaches business protocol, dining etiquette, social graces and children’s etiquette in both group and private course formats. A Magna Cum Laude graduate of Vanderbilt University, Chiara’s passion for education continues through partnerships with local philanthropic organizations, enabling her to make etiquette accessible to diverse communities. Chiara lives in central California with her husband and two children.

He has successfully media trained CEOs and presidents of global companies as well as chart topping musicians, politicians, super models and sports stars, crafting individualized programs that are tailored to each person. Skilled in crisis management, Adam has helped global businesses and those in the public eye prepare, avoid and recover from potentially damaging situations, often keeping stories out of the public eye.

With 25-years of experience in ‘Fleet Street’, Adam worked at several newspapers, the BBC and ITN before a 20-year career at The Times (London). He worked as a news editor, for the paper and online, and as a senior reporter before becoming the Crime Correspondent. He also wrote business and travel features for the newspaper before spending five years at a public relations company with offices in London, New York and San Francisco, as Director of Communications. He led global media campaigns, conducted crisis management and media training for a wide range of clients, including Belvedere, Battersea Power Station, Matalan, Equinox, Caprice, Victoria’s Secret and Amazon.

With his inside knowledge of the media, Adam has successfully planned and executed public relations campaigns in Europe, North America and Asia.
