Meet Myka Meier
Myka Meier is leading the modern finishing movement for ambitious professionals. She’s the founder of Beaumont Etiquette, co-founder of The Plaza Hotel’s Finishing Program, and the best-selling author of Modern Etiquette Made Easy.
Raised in a Florida town where flip-flops passed for formalwear, Myka still remembers showing up underdressed and out of place at a client dinner in London. That moment sparked a transformation that took her through the top finishing schools in Europe, training with a former member of the Royal Household of Her Majesty the Queen, and ultimately founding Beaumont Etiquette, a leading global etiquette and protocol consultancy.
She has since helped tens of thousands of professionals, celebrities, and C-suite executives become their most confident, polished selves. Her clients include Gwyneth Paltrow, Snoop Dogg, Jessica Alba, Reba McEntire, Ryan Serhant, and senior leaders from Fortune 500 boardrooms.
A dual American and British citizen, Myka splits her time between New York City and London with her husband and two children. As an entrepreneur, she brings global perspective and modern polish to everything she builds—earning trust from professionals navigating today’s most sophisticated spaces.
